February & March Offers

Just to remind you all that meetings for clients are taking place as follows;

 

Tuesday 31st of January The Greenhill's Hotel Limerick

Wednesday 1st of February The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel

Both meetings start at 2pm.

 

These meetings are to allow you to highlight any offers that you feel have worked well or not. The meeting is also for us to fill you in on some new features and services that we can offer too.

It's definitely time to do a valentines offer now. I recommend a meal deal if you can and- if you can't then just do two fillets or two chicken wrapped in bacon etc. The best way to do this as follows; Please do not take my pricing as accurate you will need to take your own pricing

 

Valentines Offer number 1- 1st of February to 18th(don't just run this offer on the 14th which is valentine's day why not run it for a 2 week period as the more customers that get it the better from a loyalty building perspective

It doesn't matter what you do anyway you save as we are giving double points on all of our valentines offers Too

 

Whatever way you go about the above offer –make sure you are getting a minimum of 25% margin, it's easier to get a margin if you can do the second part of the offer with veg etc included

 

I recommend getting leaflets completed and issuing them as soon as possible. I would place a leaflet into every bag from the first of February. You should also get A1 or A2 posters for these as well. The supermarkets will be driving these offers so you need to be seen to offers too. You don't have to give the stuff away but your loyalty customer will want an opportunity to earn and or redeem rewards.

 

 

I will detail Meat For the Week promotions for March offers at the meetings next week. The promotion of the March offers will begin in February.

latest advice and seminar

Hi Everyone

 

Happy New Year to each of you and thank you for your business- It is appreciated.

 

I would like to run another seminar –suggested locations are Limerick and Dublin again unless anyone has any better suggestions?

 

The theme of this seminar is;

1, How you can make more money from your existing database of customers.

2, Letting Customer Connect Manage your Programme for you

 

We have been doing a lot of work on our reporting panel behind the scenes to enable some extra reports which will help this. I always maintain that the Gold in your business is in the data. But more importantly its acting on the info that gets results and by the very nature of your businesses most of you don’t have the time or support to do the analysis let alone act on it.

 

We have developed some new tactics and strategies which are important for the future of your loyalty programme and we have developed an optional management programme where we do the analysis and operate all of the tactics for you including provision of posters, flyers, customer contact and more.

 

The dates of the seminars are;
