Have you noticed?

Have you noticed that it's only ever businesses who don't do loyalty or else do loyalty badly that will tell me it doesn't work?
I'm always astounded at this.
Loyalty works but it needs experience and expertise to make sure of that.
It ain't what you do its the way that you do it:)
